Workshops and Classes
Introductory Workshops introduce the principles of the Alexander Technique and give an overview of how they can be applied to one’s daily life, with some practical examples included.
Themed Workshops are designed to address the potential for strain and tension when doing a particular activity. Using the unique insights of the Alexander Technique, participants learn to do these activities in easier more co-ordinated ways, so energy is maintained and movements are more efficient.
Weekly Classes give a good grounding in how Alexander Technique principles can enhance many activities in life. Classes run for 3 or 6 or 10 weeks, so there is time in between classes, to practice what you have learnt, and bring questions or insights for discussion with the group.
